'Open Doors' Financial Assistance

Each year, we financially assist over 300 youth and 150 adults for membership and programs here at the Waynesboro Area YMCA. It is out belief that no one should be left out because of a lack of funds. These financial assistance scholarships can be awarded for general membership, adult or youth programs, child care and summer day camps.

 

We are able to provide more than $90,000 in scholarships annually. The funds available for OPEN DOORS are made possible through the generosity of donors to our Partners With Youth annual support campaign and the United Way of Franklin County.

Application: Allow 10-14 business days for application to be processed. Applications can only be processed after all the proper paperwork has been submitted.
